generate so much snot?

Oh, my gosh, I feel your pain. Times six. I looked all over to try to find that old skit of Bill Cosby's about the "glazed doughnut monster," but couldn't find it... Did you ever hear that one? So totally true. Yucky but funny.

S'not as much as a seven year old can produce...just a warning! ;)

Kim, No, s'not funny at all.

Lisa, I haven't heard that skit about the glazed doughnut monster...ick. I bet it is funny, though.

Cheryl, Do you mean to tell me that the amount of snot produced is directly proportional to a child's growth? EGADS!

It's amazing, that's for sure.

At least it is more "containable" than it is with an 18 month old. I imagine your 4 year old at least stands still when that sneeze/bubble thing happens.
My littlest one thinks having her nose blown is worse than water-boarding and runs from me after she sneezes... then she buries her face in the couch to hide. ugh!

Classrooms filled with 11 year olds manage to hock up a good supply as well.
(I just grossed myself out.)

We are all laying around with a garbage can and a tissue supply, so I can totally relate.
And I do remember Bill Cosby's glazed donut monster routine. :)
