Advent Season: The Third Sunday

Start by doing what is necessary,
then do what is possible,
and suddenly you are doing the impossible.

Love this quote! And considering I find myself more and more often in the position of having to pull off the impossible ~ it gives me hope! Happy Gaudate Sunday

At Mass tonight, I could have sworn I heard him say "Jesus said to them in reply, 'Go and tell John what you hear and see: the blind regain their sight, the lame walk, leopards are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the poor have the good news proclaimed to them.'"

I chuckled then reassured myself that I was hearing things...but, and this is no joke, he said it again in his homily. Sometimes I swear he does that kind of thing to see if we are paying attention.

Clean leopards.... way better than unclean leopards.

This is a beautiful quote and it goes so nicely with the beautiful picture. Take care. Kellan
