A Rainy Afternoon

  • tickets for three to see The Water Horse: $19
  • two packs of sour patch kids: $6
  • total price before even finding a seat: $25
  • two hours in the theater with my oldest boys on a cold, rainy afternoon watching a magical movie: PRICELESS!

Yes, it does sound priceless!!! Tomorrow I will be going to the movies with my two oldest girls - I hope it will be as nice as your day with your boys sounds. Take care. Kellan

What fun. We are planning to see this movie also. Thanks for stopping by my blog. I've enjoyed visiting yours. We certainly have something in common with both raising 3 boys.

Oh, that sounds so delightful! My 7 year old son drew up a contract at the beginning of Christmas break (yeah, he is a big negotiator and thinks about things like contracts even at age 7!), and on it he wrote that he wanted to see that movie!

Sounds priceless to me! Thanks for the inspiration!

I agree. I heard that was a good movie! We just saw National Treasure 2. Super, super, good. I'm going to buy it. Our cost: $2.50. My mother in law gave us movie passes and candy for Christmas and we brought our own pop. My 7 year old, not surprisingly didn't like the kind I brought, so we had to buy him one.
