Girls' Night Out

Tonight I went to see this musical. The only words that come to mind are Mamma Mia! . . . it was that much fun.

(And who were those people in the audience dancing along during the numerous encores? I have no earthly idea. None. Whatsoever.)

Sounds like fun. My daughter tried to get me to buy the movie for her today at Target - which I'm sure doesn't even come close to the musical.

I haven't seen it yet. Somehow I doubt Larry will be into it.

I went to see it in NY with my BFF's and we were a little sad that there was none of the "dancin' in the aisles" we had heard about.
We should have gotten up and just done it like you three hot broads.

FUN! FUN! FUN!
I love the movie, I'd SOO enjoy going to the musical. Even my boys don't mind my playing ABBA, now I have the song in my head and, suprise..it never bothers me!

I'm glad to hear the good review; I'd wondered if this one equalled the hoopla &:o) ~ Is it kid friendly, though or a girlfriend movie?

Lisa,

Don't let the fun, music, and dancing fool you . . . it definitely has adult content . . . definitely a girlfriend show.

I saw the stage show several years ago and loved it. When the movie came out, I sang along in the theater and didn't feel bad one whit. I then received it for Christmas and I've watched it several times. I've learned that I can't do my editing and listen to it at the same time though!
