Different Points of View
What my husband and I like about our son's decision to play football? The discipline. With Study Hall immediately after school, followed by a practice for 2-3 hours, then more homework ... his days are full.

Oooh, my brother was #15, and he got a full ride football scholarship (back in the dark ages)! And now, he is MLB baseball scout. Oh, my twisted family.
My son's grades were always better during track (a two season sport). Less time to waste, he got things done.
Let him enjoy the baked goods, and you can quietly savor the forced focus!
